Katy has been a qualified accountant for nearly twenty years. Her early career was spent in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market before moving to Africa to undertake voluntary accounting work.

This experience refocussed her career and she stayed in Africa working in the not-for-profit sector. She is now back in Europe but continues to work with charities with an Africa focus. Her passion is capacity building and training.

She speaks French and Spanish having graduated with a degree in Spanish language and Literature from the University of Leeds.
